The Four Scholars: A History Lecture Series hosted by the Friends of the Milford Town Library

The Friends of the Milford Town Library, in cooperation with participating faculty from the History and Classics departments of the University of Massachusetts, Boston, are proud to present the Four Scholars lectures, a free, public lecture series on diverse historical topics that will be hosted in the Granite and Quarry rooms at the Milford Town Library. Each month from September through December, one of the Four Scholars will deliver a lecture within his field of specialization: Vincent J. Cannato (Ph.D., Columbia University), immigration history; Randall M. Colaizzi (Ph.D., University of California, Berkeley), Roman archaeology; Spencer M. Di Scala (Ph.D., Columbia University), Italian history; and Michael B. Chesson (Ph.D., Harvard University), U.S. Civil War.
